Leafy Cafe (“Leafy”, “we”, “us”) runs leafy.cafe, a cloud kitchen delivering school meals and salad bowls in parts of Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar. This page explains what we collect when you use the site, and why.

What we collect

When you place an order, we ask for your name, phone number, email address, and the details needed to deliver to you — your area, PIN code, or a map location. For a school meal, we also ask for your child’s school, name and class, so the right meal reaches the right child at the right gate.

If you create an account, we keep your order history and any Meal Card balance against it.

Payments

Payments are handled by Razorpay, not by us directly. When you pay by UPI, card or net banking, those details go straight to Razorpay — Leafy’s site never sees or stores your card number or UPI ID.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit the site, which pages they look at, and roughly where from (city-level, not an exact address). This is the same standard, automatic information most websites collect; we do not track you individually or build a profile of you.

Cookies

The site uses cookies to keep your cart and checkout working, to keep you logged in if you have an account, and for Google Analytics as described above.

Who we share this with

We share your order details with our own kitchen and delivery staff, because they need them to cook and deliver your order. We share payment details with Razorpay, and visit data with Google, as described above. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else.

Where it’s stored

Your information is stored on our hosting provider’s servers, protected the way any ordinary website protects customer data.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@leafy.cafe.
