The Journey Behind Every Meal

From our kitchen to your child's school gate, every step is thoughtfully managed with care and hygiene.

Before dawn
Cooked fresh

Shopped and cooked the same morning — nothing made the day before or stored overnight.

Just after
Sealed & named

Packed in a clean, FSSAI-registered kitchen, then sealed and labelled with your child's name and class.

On the way
Brought to your school

A Leafy rider carries the whole school's meals together to the Pickup Point, arriving before school time.

At school time
Handed over at the gate

Your child collects theirs at the gate, warm and ready — nothing to carry from home.

How the Pickup Point handover works

At school time

At school time, our rider delivers all meals to the Pickup Point, where your child collects.

If your child is absent

The food is handed over to someone in need. If you have a meal pass, you can skip the day before 9 p.m.

If a meal is missed

We'll notify you before 9 p.m. the day before.

Why 9 p.m., the night before?

Because we shop fresh every dawn. Each morning we buy the vegetables and cook only as many meals as we have orders for — nothing extra sits in a fridge waiting to be ordered. That's why orders close at 9 p.m. the night before.

Questions parents ask

My child has an allergy — can you handle it?

Yes. Every meal can be made no onion, no garlic or less spicy, and you pick the dip. For allergies, message us once before the 9 p.m. cut-off and we'll flag every one of your child's orders — the kitchen sees the flag before anything is cooked.

How do payments and refunds work?

Pay per order, or buy a meal pass and let it cover the days you pick. If a meal ever fails to reach your child, you get a full refund — you're never charged for a missed meal.

What does the packaging look like?

Food-safe and leak-resistant, sealed with a tamper seal, and labelled with your child's name and class so boxes can't be mixed up. We're moving steadily to recyclable materials.

Do you deliver to my child's school?

Every school we serve becomes a Leafy Pickup Point at its gate. The current list is on the School Meals page — and if yours isn't on it yet, tell us. That's how every school on the list got there.

What if my child doesn't like the food?

Tell us what came back uneaten. We'd rather adjust the dish — milder, plainer, a different dip — than have a hungry kid at lunch. That feedback is how the menu got kid-approved in the first place.

“We pack every box like it's going into our own kid's schoolbag.”
